Our client, a premier property management firm in the metro area, is currently seeking a Community Manager for an expansive 200+ unit apartment community nestled in Frederick, MD. Some weekend availability may be necessary to fulfill job requirements.

• Cultivating positive resident relationships
• Ensuring minimal rent loss and effective rent collections
• Coordinating service requests promptly
• Supervising a team of staff members

• Certification as an Occupancy Specialist
• 5+ years of experience from luxury or Class A properties
• Previous experience in managing Class-A multifamily properties (preferred)
• Familiarity with enterprise systems like RealPage
• Strong communication skills for interaction with both management and ownership
• Experience in team management, including employee relations and scheduling
• Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritization
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
• Keen attention to detail and high standards for curb appeal
• Implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs for effective property management
• Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and basic accounting
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
