Our client has a direct hire opportunity for a CLEARED Software Engineer in their Annapolis Junction, MD location.  In this role, you will integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.  This role may offer a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with a TS/SCI Clearance and a poly. 

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
• Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards
• Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 4 additional years of experience)
• 14 years of software engineering experience
• Experience and proficiency with the following:
  • Java
  • Elasticsearch
  • Back-end databases (MongoDB, MySQL)
  • React
  • Angular
  • Docker
  • CI/CD
  • DevOps
• Per our client contract, candidates must be US Citizens with a TS/SCI Clearance and a poly 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $110K-$200K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure, and certifications.  The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
