Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team. In this role you will develop and maintain advanced scripts, support data migration from legacy systems, validate ServiceNow configurations through testing, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless implementations. This is a remote role.

 

Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, with a current clearance of the Public Trust level or higher and eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency during the transition.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Must have a current clearance (of the Public Trust level or higher) and be eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal oversight to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet business requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Javascript abilities (this will be tested during the interview process).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow API.
  • Ability to think outside of the ServiceNow box. Must understand how to approach development when requirements deviate from OOTB functionality. 
  • Familiarity with agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced setting.
  • Residency in the United States is mandatory, and all work must be performed within the U.S.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation

  • The compensation for this role is up to $124,000, based on experience and qualifications.
