Our client, a leader in the tech industry, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer for a contract role based in Washington, DC. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects, contributing to the development and implementation of Salesforce CRM applications while collaborating with top professionals in the industry. Work is conducted on a hybrid schedule, with approximately four days remote and one day onsite in a SCIF in Washington, DC.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with a TS/SCI FSP.

• Support clients in designing, architecting, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM applications to drive business success.
• Work closely with business consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and develop Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework applications, Visualforce/Lightning pages, and API-based integrations to enhance system functionality.
• Gain access to industry-leading training to expand your knowledge in Salesforce development, cloud computing, and AI technologies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 2+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong knowledge of invokable method development, custom settings, and custom metadata types.
• Proficiency in Git-based version control and experience working with Salesforce DX CI/CD toolsets.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting multiple Salesforce org environments.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and architectural assessments.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Community Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus!
