Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing within the Commercial Real Estate or Data Center Marketing Sector to join their team on-site in McLean, VA.  This strategic and hands-on position will lead integrated marketing efforts for the company’s high-growth data center platform. The Marketing Director will oversee campaign development, agency and stakeholder coordination, brand execution, and performance tracking across multiple channels. • Lead and manage full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns within the Commercial Real Estate or Data Center Marketing sector
• Oversee brand strategy, creative development, digital platforms, and PR efforts
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams, partners, and external agencies
• Manage marketing budgets, tools, and content integrity from start to finish
• Develop digital assets, collateral, and strategic messaging
• Monitor and report marketing performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in Technical, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), or Data Center Marketing (agency background a plus)
• Strong understanding of the data center and commercial real estate landscape
• Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing/project management platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing, Asana, Smartsheet)

Compensation and Benefits:

• The compensation for this role starts at $185,000, based on experience and qualifications.
