Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a projected need for a Senior Control Systems and Operational Technology Management Support Specialist to work a hybrid schedule at the Pentagon. In this role, you will support the team by coordinating and maintaining control systems governance and program documents; providing analysis, recommendations, and briefings; engaging stakeholders to define and present control systems processes; ensuring RMF compliance and ATO documentation, as well as guiding CE users, integrating IT/OT with SMEs, and tracking cyber risk mitigation and reporting.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE.
Coordinate, develop, and maintain governance frameworks, program documentation, action plans, and responses to tasks and inquiries.
Perform research, data analysis, and develop recommendations through white papers, slide presentations, and issue resolution plans.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings, preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional experts and stakeholders to define and present cybersecurity processes, procedures, and execution playbooks.
Monitor and report on program compliance, transition progress, and operational impacts aligned with risk management frameworks.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for system authorization and operational approval.
Offer guidance and oversight to users on program implementation and execution.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational stakeholders across various domains to integrate IT and OT systems effectively.
Track cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability mitigation efforts, and maintain relevant data in internal databases.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a facilities-related discipline (mechanical or civil engineering preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in Operational Technology (OT) integration, cybersecurity, and control systems (CS) applications.
Strong understanding of engineering principles as they relate to infrastructure and systems security.
Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
