Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a need for a Data Analyst to work a hybrid schedule in Lackland, TX. In this role you will serve as the lead data strategist for the Armed Forces Civil Engineer Center, driving data analysis, visualization, and governance efforts while optimizing data processes, supporting leadership with actionable insights, and fostering collaboration and innovation across teams.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Act as a data strategist for the Armed Forces Civil Engineer Center, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights, presented through dynamic PowerBI dashboards and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Spearhead efforts to streamline and enhance data collection processes, deploying innovative methods to store and present data in a secure, accurate, and easily accessible format.
Demonstrate strong communication skills by translating complex data findings into clear, impactful visual narratives tailored for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Integrate and analyze varied data sets to deliver well-rounded insights and promote cross-functional collaboration driven by data.
Understand and adapt SharePoint site capabilities in alignment with client needs, and when necessary, design and maintain user-friendly, effective platforms that support the Civil Engineer Center’s mission.
Deliver responsive support for data-related requests from leadership, including crafting high-quality data products, performing detailed data validation, and ensuring consistent data integrity and cleanliness.
Recommend enhancements to existing tools and workflows to foster ongoing innovation and efficiency within the Civil Engineer Center’s data management practices.
Uphold best practices in data governance to ensure all data is managed, stored, and utilized in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Support team development by mentoring junior analysts and offering regular training on advanced data analysis methods and tools.
