We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EAM Functional Lead for an S/4 HANA Migration project. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Management processes, extensive experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The SAP EAM Functional Lead will be responsible for aligning SAP solutions with business requirements in asset management, maintenance planning, work management, equipment lifecycle management, and compliance tracking. This role plays a key part in driving digital transformation across the organization’s asset-intensive operations.

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP EAM module.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and define scalable SAP solutions.
• Translate business processes into system requirements and functional specifications.
• Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and end-user training.
• Configure SAP EAM components.
• Collaborate with developers for custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Drive integration between EAM and other SAP modules and external systems.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards for asset management.
• Develop test plans and coordinate system testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
• Manage data migration and cutover activities related to equipment and maintenance data.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Lead or support change management and end-user adoption strategies.
• Mentor junior SAP team members and act as the SME for SAP EAM within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on SAP EAM functional experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations in a lead or senior consultant role.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes in the utilities industries.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA applications related to EAM.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
