Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration from Oracle Siebel CRM to Salesforce. This individual will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering the new Salesforce environment on time, within scope, and within budget.


The ideal candidate has a strong background in CRM transformations, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, and proven experience managing large-scale system migrations, preferably from Siebel to Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Oracle Siebel to Salesforce migration project.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and developers to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met.
  • Oversee data migration strategy, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and testing.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive adoption, user training, and change management activities to support a smooth transition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading Salesforce projects.
  • Proven experience managing CRM migrations (Oracle Siebel to Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • PMP, CSM, or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Project Manager) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
  • Familiarity with data migration strategies, ETL tools, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in large enterprise or government environments.
  • Background with Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
  • Prior experience with middleware/integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Siebel data model and workflows.
