We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide operational and administrative support to our clients executive leadership team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person visits to client sites within the DC metropolitan area.

• Serve as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team by handling scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks.
• Oversee complex calendars, balancing competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Handle financial tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliation, and general bookkeeping support.
• Provide administrative support for vendor relationships, resource allocation, and budget monitoring.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis to guide decision-making at the leadership level.
• Coordinate internal initiatives, leadership meetings, and cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution and delivery of critical milestones.
• Manage documentation of standard procedures and maintain records of essential business processes.
• On rare occasions, act as a company representative for client site equipment drop-offs or pick-ups (all within the greater DC area).

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with accounts payable, invoicing, and general accounting/bookeeping functions.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, executive assistance, or project coordination.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be based in the DC area with reliable transportation for occasional client site visits.
