Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Security professional to support our client’s security leadership team in strengthening governance, enhancing training programs, and building enterprise-wide security capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys developing policies, procedures, and programs that make a real impact on organizational security.  Work is performed onsite in Springfield, VA with remote Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Review, develop, and standardize corporate security policies and procedures.
  • Design and deliver engaging security training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Support enterprise security initiatives in areas such as threat response, insider risk, and counterintelligence awareness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations) to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Develop communication strategies and materials that promote security awareness across the organization.
  • Track training participation, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to security leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing and implementing corporate security policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security operations, risk management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Compensation

  • The compensation for this role as a consultant starts at $45+/hour, based on experience and qualifications. This rate is subject to change.
  • Benefits vary by compensation type and may include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional optional benefits.
