We’re seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a full SailPoint implementation for our client. This is a hands-on leadership role—not a standard PM—overseeing both people and project delivery while guiding internal teams and client stakeholders.

This is a remote role.  Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, able to pass the client’s background check.

• Lead and mentor multiple resources, including consultants, BAs, and client team members.
• Build and manage the project backlog; prioritize work for efficient delivery.
• Oversee change control and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate across internal and external teams to drive results.
• Provide expert recommendations to the client and document decisions.
• Serve as a thought leader for both client and delivery teams.

• Proven experience delivering IAM projects; SailPoint strongly preferred.
• Leadership experience managing multi-resource teams.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can guide teams and make strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with IAM tools beyond SailPoint is a plus.

Compensation

• The compensation for this role as a consultant starts at $80/hour, based on experience and qualifications. This rate is subject to change.
