Overview

Our direct client is seeking an accomplished Finance and Operations Practice Lead to serve as the executive leader overseeing the administrative, operational, financial, legal, regulatory, and developmental functions of all corporate entities. This role partners closely with physician leadership, clinical directors, and business managers to ensure strong financial performance, exceptional patient care, and consistent brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Financial & Operational Leadership: Direct budgeting, reporting, tax compliance, and cost control across all entities. Prepare and present regular operational, financial, and quality reports to physician owners.
  • Human Resources & Payroll: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, supervision, staff development, performance standards, payroll oversight, and compliance with employment law and SOPs. Serve as liaison with attorneys, consultants, payers, and plan administrators.
  • Strategic Growth & Marketing: Identify new service opportunities, manage brand presence, and track ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to CMS, AAAHC, and all applicable healthcare regulations; survey readiness, QAPI, infection control, and risk management.
  • ASC Operations: Partner with clinical leaders to optimize surgical workflows, OR utilization, and patient satisfaction.
  • Executive Leadership: Delegate effectively, support mid-level managers, and drive initiatives to expand market share and efficiency. Oversee physician practice and med spa operations, including clinic flow and consult-to-procedure conversions. Partnering with physicians and clinical leaders to maintain smooth clinic and OR operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a medical practice, hospital department, or ASC.
  • Strong financial management expertise (billing, AP, GL, budgeting, payroll, tax reporting).
  • In-depth knowledge of CMS/AAAHC standards, compliance, and employment law.
  • Plastic/aesthetic surgery experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive process improvement.
  • Executive presence with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Decisive judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Forward-thinking, solution-driven, and growth-oriented.

  • Salary for this role begins at $120,000 based on experience and qualifications, and includes a competitive benefits package..
