Overview

The Squires Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support a multi year large-scale implementation project for our client. In this role, you will assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and cross‑team coordination throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will work closely with both functional and technical teams to ensure project activities remain on track and key deliverables are completed on time. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

This role is onsite in Kingston, RI, and is open to Green Card Holders and U.S. Citizens only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination support across functional and technical teams during a major ERP or Workday implementation.
  • Assist with project planning, task tracking, and schedule updates.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and deliverable trackers.
  • Support project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Use MS Excel and project management tools to track data, update reports, and support decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large ERP or Workday implementation projects.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and project management tools.
  • Experience working in a higher education environment.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • W2 Hourly rate: $33 - $37. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications, and are subject to change at any time.
