Overview

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst (Financials) to support a large‑scale enterprise Workday program within a complex, highly integrated environment. This role will focus initially on integration ramp‑up and Day One hypercare, then transition into ongoing operational support, enhancements, and the development of new integrations over time.

This position offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle—from stabilization through optimization—while improving integration reliability, data quality, and overall operational efficiency across Financials processes. Work is remote, with limited travel as needed. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders) and eligible for W2 employment only; C2C arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and support the existing Financials integration landscape, including monitoring, schedules, reruns, and escalation processes
  • Review integration documentation, interface catalogs, runbooks, and common failure patterns
  • Understand upstream and downstream impacts across Accounting, Spend, Banking, and Grants processes
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues during golive and stabilization
  • Analyze errors, coordinate data fixes, perform controlled reruns, and validate endtoend data flow
  • Provide ongoing operational support, including monitoring, incident/problem management, and rootcause analysis
  • Improve documentation and runbooks to reduce repeat issues and increase integration stability
  • Support enhancements and contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of new integrations over time

Qualifications

Experience and proficiency with the following:

  • Workday Integrations (Foundation)
  • Cloud Connect for Financials (Foundation)
  • Workday Financial Management integrations (Foundation)
  • Strong understanding of endtoend Financials integration data flows
  • Experience supporting integrations across Accounting, Spend, Banking, or Grants processes
  • Workday Extend certification is a plus

  • W2 Hourly rate starts at $95. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications, and are subject to change at any time.
  • Benefits vary by compensation type and may include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional optional benefits.
