Overview

Our client is a financial institution providing the United States with a safe, flexible, and stable monetary system.  They are seeking a Workday Financials Developer for a new travel system implementation project. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday custom reports and dashboards, building and supporting Workday Orchestrate integrations, and creating data models, analytics, and visualizations using Workday Prism Analytics.

 

This role is onsite in Washington, DC, with some WFH flexibility, and, per our client contract, candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions.
  • Build and support Workday Orchestrate integrations, workflows, and process automation.
  • Create and manage Workday Prism Analytics datasets, pipelines, and visualizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, integration, and analytics issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support Workday releases, testing, enhancements, and production migrations.
  • Follow established development standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing Workday reports, Orchestrate integrations, and Prism Analytics capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of Workday Financial Management processes, security architecture, and enterprise data models.
  • Extensive experience leveraging Workday integration technologies and reporting frameworks to deliver scalable business solutions.
