Overview

TSGi is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives across the Boundary Apps portfolio. This role partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to oversee technical and operational work, manage delivery risks, and achieve outcomes aligned with business goals.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

 

This role is in Springfield, VA, with an onsite expectation of 4 days per week.  Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Boundary Apps initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
  • Partner with engineering, product, operations, and external teams to maintain alignment and support timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, schedules, and status reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track milestones and dependencies, and manage change requests.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, data governance requirements, and security protocols.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, escalating risks and blockers when necessary.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of project management experience, preferably supporting software or digital application initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows.

Compensation

  • The compensation for this role as a consultant starts at $75/hour, based on experience and qualifications. This rate is subject to change.
