Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst to support Project Fusion within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Workstream. This role serves as an execution and coordination partner to the P2P Lead, ensuring project activities remain visible, tracked, and completed according to established schedules and governance standards.

The successful candidate will facilitate collaboration across business stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators while driving accountability, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring timely delivery of project commitments. This position does not own functional decisions but plays a critical role in organizing work, tracking deliverables, escalating risks, and supporting overall project execution.

This role is located in Springfield, VA OR Port Huron, MI, with onsite expectation of 4 days per week.

Per contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.

• Track, monitor, and report on P2P workstream activities and milestones.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, risks, dependencies, and status updates.
• Coordinate business resources and stakeholder participation required for deliverables.
• Facilitate communication across project teams, business partners, and system integrators.
• Capture decisions, actions, and commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify project risks, issues, and schedule gaps; escalate as needed.
• Support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other workstreams to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and delivery frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise programs or large-scale implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment..

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Accounts Payable, Inventory, or Finance processes.
• Experience working with ERP implementations and system integrators.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Compensation

• The compensation for this role as a consultant starts at $75/hour, based on experience and qualifications. This rate is subject to change.
