Overview

A large corporate legacy in Anne Arundel County is looking to hire a PeopleSoft Developer, with a focus on Supply Chain Management. Building the future around Core Values, Compassion, Trust, Diversity, and Dedication, our client is looking for a Developer to lead the Financial Applications team on a new 9.2 Financials SCM implementation.  This candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing project teammates, leading design, build and testing sessions, and forging relationships with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of functional requirements to develop best practice solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing of assigned modules, execution, and recording of results
  • Resolve complex issues and implement projects at an advanced level
  • Provide installation, configuration and troubleshooting, and quickly resolve problems
  • Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented
  • Act as liaison between business owners and information systems
  • Serve as team leader on projects
  • Interpret and assess user business needs
  • Track assignment progress against work plan
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures relating to application development
  • Participate in database design and implementation

Qualifications

  • Must have STRONG PeopleSoft 9.2 Supply Chain Management (SCM) including Inventory experience
  • 5+ years of functional system configuration experience in PeopleSoft Core Financials and Supply Chain Management Application development and support Team experience
  • 5+ years developing requirements and full life cycle implementation of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain modules including, Inventory, Mobile Inventory Management, General Ledger, Payables, Cash Management, Asset Management, eProcurement, Purchasing, Project Costing, Expense, Financial Analytics, and Procurement and Spend Analytics
  • Bachelor’s Degree 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience in PeopleSoft implementation and Support Projects
  • Technical skills in relational databases (Oracle)
