Responsibilities

  • Recruit for federal (cleared/un-cleared) and commercial programs, both contract and direct hire roles
  • Leverage your existing network, utilize online recruiting tools and in-house technology to identify, source and place ERP, Technology, Cyber, and Accounting/Finance talent
  • Participate in branch and corporate activities for growth, professionalism, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
  • We offer remote work options once you have a solid understanding of how we do business and understand our business processes
  • Work Hard, Have Fun, Make Placements and contribute to keeping TSGi at the top of our game

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably within the ERP, Technology, or Cyber Security Sectors
  • B.S. in Business or Marketing preferred, or a minimum of 10 years relevant experience
  • Expert level with full lifecycle recruiting components including: solid networking, sourcing (not just job boards), qualifying, negotiating, relationship management, and due diligence 
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and be successful in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
  • Must have a positive, flexible attitude and adapt to changing job requirements and scope as client-priorities change
  • Knowledge and extensive use of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus)
