Overview

Our client, one of the nation’s top tier consulting firms that focus on strategy/ IT solutions and is a member of Fortune Global 500 list for 12 consecutive years is in search of a talented PeopleSoft Functional Analyst.  This is an incredible opportunity to work on a Federal Project alongside TSGi’s Senior Consultants located in the Fort Meade, MD area.  This long term project is a major PeopleSoft Applications Federal Financial/Supply Chain implementation that will provide four new capabilities in the PeopleSoft ERP domain. The overall goal is for the Government Agency to achieve a sustainable, “clean,” or full scope audit of its financial statements resulting in an unqualified audit opinion within the four years of the contract. A Sign-On bonus will be offered after 90 days on the project.

 

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens, with an active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 production support for PeopleSoft Financials 9.0 to a 9.2 upgrade.  Modules supported are: GL, AM, AP, AR, PC, PO, ePro, Inventory, Physical Inventory and Commitment Control
  • Support multiple production implementations of PeopleSoft 9.0 simultaneously
  • Gather user requirements and create functional specifications for complex development projects
  • Analyze the impacts of vendor provided updates and upgrades to the PeopleSoft production environment
  • Provide functional support for PeopleTools and database upgrades
  • Provide programming solutions using the PeopleTools Suite
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases, coordinate and perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing for system enhancements
  • Analyze and develop solutions to correct critical data issues
  • Decrease the amount of data problem
  • Improve the data fix process by putting in place Standard Operation Procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer related field, or 1 year relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in implementing PeopleSoft applications
  • 1 year experience in developing, prototyping and testing solutions for implementations
  • Recent experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 is a plus
  • PeopleSoft Financials /HRMS or Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens and have an active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance
