Bring your best SharePoint Development Lead and Architect skills to the table for an important Federal project.  You will report directly to the Program Manager as you oversee the entire SharePoint effort for the contract.  As the SharePoint Development Lead and Architect, you will work with multiple teams, defining and assisting with developing custom workflows and functionality to streamline business processes.  We need the best of the best!  Could it be you? 


This contract role is located in Northern Virginia, and time would be spent in both Chantilly and Alexandria, depending on client needs.  This is an exciting, long-term project where your strong attention to detail and passion for excellence will thrive!  Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be US Citizens eligible to receive a Public Trust clearance.


  • Support and lead SharePoint teams in the design of custom applications built on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013 Platform in an Agile environment
  • Design, develop, implement, and/or enhance web-enabled applications
  • Support administration of multiple SharePoint farms in production environment
  • Transform complex customer business requirements into effective, efficient, and maintainable enterprise-level solutions
  • Assist customers with requirements elaboration, customization, and definition of SharePoint sites
  • Provide SharePoint guidance and leadership by example on SharePoint best practices
  • Work with Business Process Analysts to design and develop solutions and workflows that meet business requirements
  • Customize off-the-shelf solutions to meet government customer needs and requirements
  • Work with Testers to transfer knowledge and ensure adequate test coverage
  • Analyze and resolve current production application issues
  • Estimate level of effort to satisfy application requirements and forecast milestones and deadlines


  • 7+ years of experience in a Senior-level SharePoint Lead/Architect role
  • 7+ years of experience leading/managing teams of Agile developers
  • Expert knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and 2013
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens eligible to receive a Public Trust clearance
