    Ready to work on a “feel good” project that saves lives around the globe?  Our client is involved in an ITIL transformation, and has implemented ServiceNow to focus on several key areas.  The ServiceNow  Admin/Developer will maintain and enhance the existing applications, as well as assist in the implementation of the new ServiceNow features. The maintenance work will be concentrated on break/fix, OAM work, and problem tickets.  Your ServiceNow Development experience is critical to this mission.



    This position is located in Crystal City, VA.  Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must hold a Secret clearance. 


    • 1 – 3 years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience
    • Experience with ITIL, ITSM, or Service Desk COTS tools
    • ServiceNow experience, with a focus on Problem, Change, Incident, Service Catalog, Discovery, SLAs, Asset and Configuration Management
    • Experience maintaining, enhancing existing ServiceNow configurations and implementing new features
    • Heavy ServiceNow experience on break/fix, OAM work, via incident/problem/request tickets
    • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must hold a Secret clearance 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery
    • 3 – 5 years of ITIL Tool Design and Development experience
