    The Squires Group has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive.  Our client is a new, cutting-edge, data management platform provider that helps companies solve problems quickly.  They support many U.S. Government and Fortune 500 clients.     Our client offers excellent benefits, including paid health insurance for employee and family!  This role is primarily remote, with the ability to attend meetings at the home office in Northern Virginia.  Candidates must be local to MD/DC/NOVA.  Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.  

    Qualifications

    • 10 – 15 years of demonstrated success in Software Sales, selling scalable, enterprise-based, cloud-capable, turn-key software to medium and large Federal clients
    • Federal experience – Intel, civilian agencies, public sector – dealing with the PMO, procurement, all decision-making levels and the procurement process
    • Commercial sales experience – selling to users, decision makers, CFO/CIO levels
    • Must have a large client, enterprise-wide experience, and the network to prove it
    • Determination and grit, with a love to hunt and turn leads into deals
    • Must have experience in proposal development, content development and jumping in and writing proposals if needed
    • Must have the ability to multi-task and do a variety of different things within a small company
    • Multitask – must enjoy having a lot of balls in the air and thrive in a small company environment to start
    • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Degree in IT is a huge plus!
